Section 1

1. Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jeta platform and its services. "jeta", "we" or "platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at jetabet.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.1 Type of Services

jeta provides the following services:

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2. Account Registration and Age Requirement

To open an account on jeta, each user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must register with a valid mobile number and email address.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or payment method is not permitted.

2.1 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their username and password strictly confidential. Sharing account details with anyone else or sharing an account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

2.2 Multiple Accounts

If the same person operates more than one account, jeta reserves the right to cancel both accounts and forfeit any bonuses and winnings earned.

3. Account Verification

jeta reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. We may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal request or if unusual activity is detected on an account.

3.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be required for verification:

• A clear photo of the National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of the registered mobile number
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

3.2 Verification Delays

If the required documents are not provided or incomplete information is submitted, the account may be temporarily restricted. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold during this time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jeta accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals can similarly be made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• All transactions are conducted in Taka (BDT); cryptocurrency is not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. Transactions through third-party accounts are prohibited. jeta reserves the right to investigate suspicious financial activity and, if necessary, place transactions on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jeta offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions. The general bonus terms are set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If fraud, use of bots or a breach of conditions is proven in connection with a bonus claim, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• jeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information or using coordinated betting strategies to gain an unfair advantage from bonus offers is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on jeta:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is lost due to a technical error or network disruption, jeta will review that bet and make a decision based on the circumstances.
• If there is an error in the result of any game or event, jeta reserves the right to announce a corrected result.

6.2 Special Rules for Cricket Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket matches. If a match is abandoned before the specified number of overs, bet settlement will follow international rules.

6.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

Live casino table results are broadcast in real time. If a connection is lost due to a technical issue with the game, bets will be settled based on server logs. Slot game RNG (Random Number Generator) is independently verified.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots or automated scripts.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Any form of hacking or fraud on an account.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds.

Section 7

7. Account Suspension and Closure

In the following situations, jeta may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.

7.1 Self-Requested Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact our customer service team. The available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. jeta will notify the member in advance regarding the balance of an inactive account.

8. Responsible Gaming

jeta believes that entertainment should be controlled and mindful. By following our responsible gaming guidelines, members can keep their gaming experience enjoyable and healthy.

8.1 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. These limits take effect immediately, but increasing them requires a waiting period before the change applies.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If someone feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can choose temporary or long-term self-exclusion. Contact the customer service team to activate this option.

8.3 Protection of Minors

jeta's services are strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing this site.

The games featured on jeta (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.) are the property of their respective developers. jeta provides these games as a service but does not own their content or code.

10.2 User Content

If a user shares any content on the platform (comments, reviews, etc.), they grant jeta the right to use that content.

11. Limitation of Liability

jeta always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

11.1 Technical Failures

jeta is not liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues or third-party software errors. However, in such situations efforts will be made to ensure fair treatment of members.

11.2 External Events

jeta is not liable if services are interrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or government directives. In such situations, users will be informed as soon as possible.

11.3 Gambling Losses

Betting and gaming is a risky activity. jeta is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users. To avoid potential losses, you are advised to follow our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

12. Changes to Terms

jeta reserves the right to change these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notice will be sent to members' accounts.

12.1 Effective Date of Changes

Revised terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the site after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
